Crepe Batter Recipe:
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
Whisk everything in a bowl until smooth. The batter will be watery.
Heat up a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
Using a ladle, pour a few tablespoons of crepe batter onto the center of the pan.
